  1.  Reservation conditions

All reservations for pilgrimages are contingent upon availability and require a confirmation from Apostollo. A payment schedule will be sent after confirmation, and prompt payment is necessary to guarantee your reservation. Reservations are only deemed confirmed when the entire payment is received. 

  1.  Returns and cancellations 

Requests for cancellations must be made within the window of time given on your reservation confirmation. The time of your cancellation determines your eligibility for a refund, which is determined by our set cancellation policy. Some reservations might not be refundable, and late cancellations might result in penalties.

  1.  Itinerary modifications

Apostollo reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, local restrictions, or operational requirements. When this occurs, we will try our best to provide equivalent options.

  1. Insurance for travel
    To protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances including trip cancellations, medical costs, and personal liability, we advise all participants to get travel insurance. Any additional costs resulting from uncontrollably delayed or disrupted travel are not the responsibility of Apostollo.
  1. Liability
    Apostollo is committed to organizing each pilgrimage with a high level of professionalism, safety, and care. However, we are not liable for unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to travel disruptions, delays, personal injury, or loss of personal belongings during the pilgrimage. Participants are encouraged to take appropriate precautions and secure any necessary coverage.
  2.  Accountability

Apostollo is committed to organizing each pilgrimage with a high level of expertise, safety, and care. On the other hand, unforeseeable circumstances without of our control, such as travel delays, cancellations, injuries, or misplacement of personal property while on the pilgrimage, will not subject us to liability. It encourages participants to take the proper safety measures and obtain the required insurance.

7. Accountabilities of participants

It is expected of all participants to abide by the policies and procedures issued by Apostollo and any applicable municipal authorities. Unruly conduct or disregard for instructions may lead to expulsion from the pilgrimage, with no reimbursement given

8. Privacy and data protection

Apostollo is dedicated to preserving the privacy of your personal information. All information gathered is only utilized for reservations, correspondence, and service enhancement. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details
